Producers/Distributors

My group are the producers. We have thought about it and decided to call our company 'Pass Out Productions'.

Distributors that we have thought about are:

Miramax - Happy-Go-Lucky (British Comedy)
Bridget Jones' Diary 1&2 (British Rom-Com)
She's All That (American Comedy)

Summit Entertainment - Sex Drive (Comedy)
Twighlight (One of the most popular films made)
A Lot Like Love (Comedy)

Universal Pictures - Get Him to the Greek (Comedy)
Kick Ass (Comedy)
It's Complicated (Rom-Com)
Role - Models (Comedy)

Miramax distributed Bridgets Jones' Diary 1 & 2, which suggests that they distribute films aimed at an older audience to what we have done. However, they do distribute a British comedy, like ours.

Universal Pictures distribute a lot of comedy films similar to ours, and are a very popular distributing company.

However, we have chosen Summit Entertainment, as as well as distrbuting very successful Comedies and Rom-Coms, they also distributed Twilight which is a very successful film and one of the most popular ever made. It is also aimed at a target audience similar to ours, so I think that Summit Entertainment is ideal to distribute Graduation Day.
